At Beauty Lab 360, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used cosmetics and skincare products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll review your request and work to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
